I brought my vehicle in for service today, Aug. 25th, 12:15 appt. I received no call or notification of whether the vehicle repair was complete or not. I called and could not get through to the ser 25th, 12:15 appt. I received no call or notification of whether the vehicle repair was complete or not. I called and could not get through to the service department personnel. I visited the dealership at 5:30 and spoke to the floor manager. The attendant at the service desk was overworked and overwhelmed, to say the least. How could this happen? I will visit in the morning to voice my experience to the service manager, Louise. More

They installed brand new tires for me and damaged a TPMNS which resulted in the tire stem releasing air when touched. Took back and sat for 1:45 without them working on it. Asked for GM to call me, he never which resulted in the tire stem releasing air when touched. Took back and sat for 1:45 without them working on it. Asked for GM to call me, he never did. Took back again and this time they cobbled a solution that included replacing the pliable, rubber stem with a firm, metal stem - after admitting they broke the TPMS and didn't want to replace them all due to cost. They indicated they would talk with their manager and circle back with us. Five weeks later and numerous calls to them (service desk, manager, general manager), they completely ghosted us. The issue is we paid for a service which they performed and broke something and didn't fix it back to the OEM condition - adding insult by avoiding accountability (calling us) and making it right. They have lost all our maintenance and repair business for our Toyota and Acura, and will lose any future business for future car purchases. Additionally, we will use "word of mouth" to let all folks know to avoid Bud Clary and all their dealerships. Very disappointed in our local dealer. I'm sure they will respond to this message with an apology and to "call us," but I'm sure they will ghost us yet again and shook their responsbility. More
