Took my 2020 Cadillac Escalade for service and found facilities sub-par, service was not impressive either compared to other dealerships in the area that offer what I describe as first class service. Subaru Service Advisor Mike is great. Only concerns is tech often, leaves something off the car, this time was a valve cover. Little things like that are an annoyance. Also, I do not like the policy of adding 3% to credit card transactions, credit cards are a cost of doing business and penalizes those of a more limited budget who also might have older cars with more costly maintenance. The price for most recommended repairs keeps going up and is not cheap. Having to pay additional allowance fee if one needs to or chooses to pay over time makes one consider other options when deciding if will use this dealership for service or chose another dealership that simply avmccepts credit cards without charging an extra fee. More
