My Review of Bunnin Buick Pontiac GMC Cadillac:
Major work done by tech #301, said he dorve the car, service writer said he drove the car, had to return and service director helped, along with the shop leadperson, as Roger never told me he would be in class when he made appt. Timing was so bad, it was scary to drive, now static in radio add missing pre-heat tube from exhaust manifold to air cleaner. Hope 301 still has it or Roger buys it for me and fixes the static, thank you for all the new duct tape, too. Bunnin had never been trouble before this. I have worked in the field for over 30 years and always recommend dealer service. Love & Peace to All - Bob

My Review of Bunnin Buick Pontiac GMC Cadillac:
After agreeing the the trade in price on the phone, when I got to the dealership after a 1 1/2 hour drive, the salesman immediately started trying to cut $300 of the price. I successfully resisted. 2 hours later when I FINALLY got to the finance person, she pointed out the montyly payment while glossing over the starting price which was $2000 more than I had negotiated with the salesman. Changing the price took another hour.

My Review of Bunnin Buick Pontiac GMC Cadillac:
The first employee was nice, his name was John. When it came down to making a deal they wanted me to pay full list plus give me less than nothing on my trade in. I said no, named my price and John went in to see. Then the gm buypower manager came in, Jeff I believe, he was in my opinion an ahole. He didnt know how o treat a customer coming in to buy a 70000 dollar SUV. He told me how much I was going to get for my car and told me their was no way I would get more (kbb for trade in was 35,000 he wanted to give me 24,800) what a joke! He was so desparate to sell it to me but yet told me what I could and couldnt do, in a very insulting manner. He also told me things that I heard about the SUV I wanted were wrong which were actually in the cadillac brochure, I guess he should know a little more about what he was selling. In my experience I would stay away.
