Had recall on Kia Soul. Called made an appointment and expected to drive vehicle back home same day. During diagnostics there was an "Oops" moment and I was advised car wa Called made an appointment and expected to drive vehicle back home same day. During diagnostics there was an "Oops" moment and I was advised car was unsafe to drive and they would have to order part for necessary repair. Eric Hicks, service adviser, ordered an uber which took me to Enterprise Rentals and provided me transportation home. Eric kept me advised over next few days status of vehicle. Kia of Burlington went beyond what I expected to get vehicle back on road and I am very appreciative of their excellent service. I would recommend Kia of Burlington and especially their service department to others. Thank you Kia and Thank you Eric. More

Paul from Burlington Kia came off bullying me over the phone when I inquired about getting a sales quote on a Kia K5. He was insistent that I had to go into the dealership and present the deal face to fa phone when I inquired about getting a sales quote on a Kia K5. He was insistent that I had to go into the dealership and present the deal face to face. I did not like his condescending tone and how unwilling he was to support me over the phone. He blamed his Sales Manager for not being able to get me a sales quote over the phone without me going to the dealership. Clearly, this dealership lacks respect and consideration to a customer's time. Paul does not seem to know anything about courtesy or respect. More
