My experience buying the car on the “used” lot was great. I can’t say how great and fast it was although they sold me a Hyundai CERTIFIED PREOWNED 2020 Venue with 11k miles that needed a new transmissions wi I can’t say how great and fast it was although they sold me a Hyundai CERTIFIED PREOWNED 2020 Venue with 11k miles that needed a new transmissions within 10 days of driving it off the lot…. It has now been almost a month in a half without my car and without answers. They do not pick up the phone nor answer phone calls without at least 3 or 4 tries. There are new versions of the same car on the lot that they could have easily swapped my car out with.. they are now $1500 into paying for my rental and about to pay for 2 months of my car payment and I’m sure by the time I get the car it will be 3. The car buying experience may have been great but this has been the biggest regret… there’s no way this car didn’t have transmission issues before certifying it to be preowned.. there’s also no compassion for the situation. I do not recommend the dealership nor service if you’re looking for good communication and honesty. I think at think point they should swap me out with a new vehicle without any stipulation or money down AND take the chances someone will buy the one getting a new transmission… oh and they’re trying to sell me the lie that a new transmission won’t decrease the value of the car. More
Recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership and it was a great experience. Very professional, caring salesmanship, financial and technical personnel. We had the most wonderful experience possible purchasing our preowned G80 with Burns. Joe, the internet salesman was AWSOME! There was a recall and Burns would not sell the car until the issue was corrected our preowned G80 with Burns. Joe, the internet salesman was AWSOME! There was a recall and Burns would not sell the car until the issue was corrected, unlike many other dealers were willing to do, IMPRESSIVE. Joe stayed in contact with me for over a month, answering all my questions. Pietro was our salesman at the dealership and he was WONDERFUL. Jay the finance guy was very through and expedient.
