Small chips on passenger door. After purchasing a new Envision this past Wednesday, August 8th, discovered some small chips on the passenger side door. Contacted our sales consultan After purchasing a new Envision this past Wednesday, August 8th, discovered some small chips on the passenger side door. Contacted our sales consultant, Pietro Cancello, who, in turn, notified his management. Friday, August 10th, we drove over to the dealership and was met by Dwight who got his manager to look at the door. Fortunately, while we started talking about the fix, the Body Shop Manager came onto the showroom floor. He went outside and took a look at the chips and said that he could fix them "today". After a little time of waiting, the SUV was touched up and the chips were gone! It looks great. Thanks for the timeliness and attention to this matter. It was certainly great not to have to return another day to have these chips taken care of. More

He is such a super guy and goes entirely out of his way to make sure I can't say enough about Burns Buick Service and in particular Erik Vandenberg. He is such a super guy and goes entirely out of his way to make sure he gives fantastic service. Every time I go into the shop he is so courteous, caring and bends over backward to make sure that the service he gives is over the top. I hear so many horror stories about service depts. and I count myself fortunate to have found such a great place to not only buy a great car but have such a super service department to take care of my every need with that car. Super Service Brought in my 2011 Lucerne for a transmission slipping issue. As always Jeff took control of the situation, explained the delay in repair due to shop work load, arranged a loaner, explained what was next. Upon completed repairs he gave me a complete debrief of the issues found and the repairs made. It was again an outstanding job, extremely courteous and professional front to back. This is our 3rd time buying from Burns. When we just bought our 3rd vechile. We brought in our older car, which was purchased there for some work & to get it detailed. We have been treated horrible about the older vechile. First they closed the ticket out , because it was an "older" vechile. Then the pulled it , because they had to get ready for a show this past weekend??? It has been there for 10 days, and its only getting finished because of yet another call??? Where is the customer service? Just because its old...doesnt mean we should get treated any differnt. But if we walked in tonight to buy another vechile, Bet you wouldnt pull us or tell us to come back another day . We used to think Burns was great, now not so much . Maybe "the ones who pulled and pushed it aside" should be treated like that when they are older.. See if they like it . More
I had my 2002 Saturn sedan repaired 7 years ago at Burns body shop after being rear-ended. They replaced the left rear quarter panel at that time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. This year I no body shop after being rear-ended. They replaced the left rear quarter panel at that time and did a fantastic job in a timely manner. This year I noticed that there was water in the trunk and took the car to the Burns service department. They said that there were 2 open body seams in the rear quarter panel that needed to be repaired for a total cost of $600.00. When I went to pick up the car I told that I thought we should come to an agreement concerning the charges as the defect was most likely due to to the replacement of the rear quarter panel 7 years ago. Bob from the body shop took a look and while he could not confirm that the original repair may have been faulty, he agreed with my argument that it was to much of a coincidence and waved all charges for the repairs and I paid nothing. i find this level of customer service unusual and will continue to recommend Burns Buick GMC for repairs. More
I made an online service appoint for Saturday, Sept. 1 at 9 am. I received an online confirmation from the service managager, Ron Capaldi. I arrived at the service department only to find that it was closed 9 am. I received an online confirmation from the service managager, Ron Capaldi. I arrived at the service department only to find that it was closed and under construction. There is no reference to this on the website. An employee told me "what do you expect, it's Labor Day weekend." Now I am waiting for a response from them. More
