Purchasing was ok, but the service department doesn’t communicate well between the reps and the techs. We had our oil changed and we were warned they were running behind-fine. Then I look out and my truck is sitting in the parking lot!!! There is no telling how long it was sitting there or how much longer it would’ve sat there before we were told it was ready. Our service rep had gone to lunch or left or who knows without any communication! I was told that they did receive other calls and a lot was going on! It’s frustrating being treated so poorly after purchasing! More
