Needed lots of work done and I couldn’t afford it, they let me use one of the loaners for a while while I tried to get everything figured out and get the replacement part. I was planning to have them do it so they started the work and I found someone cheaper so unfortunately they started working on the car. I was pretty upset about that at first but they were kind enough to put the parts back into my vehicle for me which I appreciated the most because they didn’t have to do that from the work they already did! I appreciated this soooo much from them since I didn’t have the funds to pay that amount they were charging! More

My concerns were downplayed, communication was poor, I had to complain for basic services and customer service, and they did not even wash my car after having it for months. There was little to nothing do had to complain for basic services and customer service, and they did not even wash my car after having it for months. There was little to nothing done to keep my loyalty to this dealership. GM also dropped the ball in their part in my situation. Everyone just passed the buck and played the blame game to not be held accountable and to not have to pay for coverage of their products and services. More
Brought my new 2025 car in for transmission issues. Was “ready” a week early and within 2 days and less than 50 miles has major electrical issues that it needs to go back into the shop for.
