I took my NEW vehicle in for my first OIL CHANGE AND TIRE ROTATION. Upon picking up my car and driving out the service door I noticed my engine was making a ticking noise, engine power reduced light was on, ROTATION. Upon picking up my car and driving out the service door I noticed my engine was making a ticking noise, engine power reduced light was on, check engine light was on annnnd low oil pressure light was on. I drove around the dealership and into the service entrance and told the advisor what was going on with my vehicle. The tech came. Checked my oil level and put in a lot of oil (seemed to me he forgot to add oil the first time and let me drive out of there with no oil in my vehicle) my tire pressure is 37, 35, 38, and 40 psi so did he not check my tire pressure either? Did he do anything. This doesn’t look good considering it was my first oil change at 4k miles. Then they took a minute to erase my check engine light code. I don’t trust that technician but the service advisors were great. I’ll be buying another new car there soon but will take my vehicles somewhere else for service. More

I'm always very pleased with the service I get at Burtness.. This is the only place I take my 2008 Malibu LT for all it's needs, recently for an oil change and the following week I took it in for ne Burtness.. This is the only place I take my 2008 Malibu LT for all it's needs, recently for an oil change and the following week I took it in for new front brakes. Being an older senior lady maybe that's why I get such great treatment? LOL !!! Thank you for always being so kind. Also, thank you for the beautiful Mother's Day hanging basket.. More
