This dealer makes you pay the credit card companies charge back to them. They also don’t honor warranty companies and make you pay up front. Must be a cash flow issue. very untidy work This was my 3rd visit to their service center , 1 st 2 times were only for oil change. This time was more in depth service. Very shabby job , under the hood. Looks as if none of the components were even touched. When i called to give feedback.. their only response was ." ok Thankyou " Very bad customer service Will never go back !! and not recommend More

Horrible Service Department The service department here is horrible. The first time I took my car here they kept it for 3 days (when they said it would be 4 hours) and didn't off The service department here is horrible. The first time I took my car here they kept it for 3 days (when they said it would be 4 hours) and didn't offer a loaner car or anything. Then after 3 days they told me the part they needed still wasn't in and they'd call when it came in - I never got a call that the part came in but I did notice my car was acting strangely. My air conditioner turned on anytime I started my car, it didn't beep when it locked anymore, the lights on my dash would flash sometimes, etc. Flash forward about a year to the second time I bring it in (for the same noise as the first time) and I find out they didn't put something back the right way the first time, which was causing all of the weird issues. This time they try to charge me to repair it because I'm a few weeks past my warranty, even though they never repaired it the first time. When I tried to tell them I didn't want the repair done, they pretty much tried to break up with me by telling me they can't do business with me anymore (since they already ordered the part. I'm still not sure why they can't just send the part back). Overall, it was not a good experience either time and I would never go back to this dealership. More

When I took my 2007 Murano in under warranty to get the tranny replaced I was given a list of repairs that I needed to make before they would replace it. I had the repairs done at a local mechanic and took it back to Busam. I was then again hit with another list of repairs that they said needed to be done. When I refused to pay $2500 for a new exhaust I was told I didn't need it. They kept my vehicle another week and said I needed another repair that cost $300. When I told them to go ahead and make the repair, Steffen told me the next day that they just don't want to work on the vehicle at all. I had to get a rental for all of the time they had my car! The rental was about $500 for two weeks and my transmission was still not replaced. When I contacted the consumer affairs department I was told that they would "document" my complaint which doesn't do me any good. I would never go back to this place for any reason, especially being a female! More
SERVICE CENTER! I was in your service center earlier today February 25, 2015 for about two hours. While there I read my magazines while I awaited the diagnostic test I was in your service center earlier today February 25, 2015 for about two hours. While there I read my magazines while I awaited the diagnostic test to be ran on my car. When John came over I was told my car needed over 1100.00 worth of work done. Immediately I was overwhelmed and called my family members who of course said get a second opinion. I DID get that second opinion not only was my car fixed within minutes and back to normal I was only charged for the part that was replaced and I was on my way. I wanted to come back but I was upset and that would not have been appropriate. I was (almost) completely taken advantage of! I am disgusted by the actions and care I received at this shop. I would never recommend this place again More
I went to Bussam Nissan for a grind in 5th gear in my 370Z. At first they seemed happy to help. After the service manager found out that my warranty was about to run out everything changed. He gave me so many excuses as to why 5th gear kept grinding that it was laughable. Everything from "nothing is wrong with this car", "It's a tick of the 370", "Your shifting wrong", "Your not pushing the clutch down all the way",ect. With the service manager in the car I pushed the clutch to the floor and held it there and shifted back and forth between 5th and 6th. Every time it went into 5th it ground. He told me "Nissan doesn't want me putting transmissions or engines into cars that are about to go out of warranty". I told him I was going to call Nissan. He was not happy with me after that and pretty much handed me my keys and walked off. Within 50 miles my rev match quit working in 5th gear and the grind got much worse. I got a 2nd and a 3rd opinion. Both said the synchronizer in 5th gear was going out. Kings Nissan put a new transmission in my car and I could not have asked to be treated better. They were great. As for Bussam Nissan though, I will never step foot on their lot again. Neither will my family, friends, or the people I work with. I am going to go out of my way to let everyone I can know how Bussam does business. All I can say is stay away from this dealership. More
TERRIBLE customer service from MANAGER in Parts/Service Dept. I've given up after 3 tries to get a key made (a KEY! not rocket science...) Today's abusive treatment from the "manager" of the Dept was Dept. I've given up after 3 tries to get a key made (a KEY! not rocket science...) Today's abusive treatment from the "manager" of the Dept was the last straw. Here's what happened: 1st time, I stopped in with the key, not the car (an '09 Sentra, purchased in another state); I was told I would need to have both the key and the car their together, as it's an electronic key and they must be coded together. Okay, I'll come back. 2nd time, I brought the key and drove the car. Was told it would take 1-1/2 hours as they had to program the key. Had no idea it should take this long, and wasn't told this the 1st time. It's a key... An HOUR and 1/2??? I didn't have that much time, so I SCHEDULED AN APPT for later when I could make the time. 3rd time: Came back for my scheduled appt on time, was told by the man at the Service counter that I must bring in ALL keys to the car - I had only brought in one key - another was at home. NO ONE TOLD ME THIS IN THE OTHER TWO TIMES I'M IN THE SERVICE DEPT!!! When I told him this, the man INSISTED this was not true, that I HAD been told to bring in all keys. I had not seen or talked to this man before, so HOW DOES HE KNOW??? He started yelling at me and told me that I was wrong and that what I was saying was not true. WHY WOULD I LIE? I'm tryng to give them my business, and he YELLED AT ME AND CALLED ME A LIAR. I asked to see his manager, and he said he WAS THE MANAGER. What an effective way to drive away potential customers! I will NEVER patron BUSAM NISSAN again. I like Nissans; I currently own two & may buy another in the future, but not from them! More
My wife and I have bought three new nissans in recent years. The Versa we purchased 11 months ago was the first time I purchased one from Busam. Because of the service representative at the desk when I dropped off the keys to the car this morning, we will never buy a car from Busam Nissan again. This is the first time I have had conversation with the representative, and was surprised at how it was my fault, he didn't have any information on why the car was to be inspected. She had talked to your dealership at least three times before about the issue, before confirming a date for the appointment. Apparently, the service representative did not write down any information when she called the first few times. The last time was just to confirm the date of the appointment, and the history should have been available. I have talked to my wife since. She said this is the same representative that she spoke to on the phone the first few times and when there was an issue with the tire inflation indicator in the past. She said he was just as difficult then, and she also felt like he was always trying to blame her for the car's problems. She said the guy who actually took down the date of the appointment was much easier and much more polite. More
