Less than a week after purchase, there are issues and a lack of concern/urgency to have them fixed. I’ve reached out to both my salesman, Ashtin Sims, and the internet manager, Heather Jones. “I” had to lack of concern/urgency to have them fixed. I’ve reached out to both my salesman, Ashtin Sims, and the internet manager, Heather Jones. “I” had to make an appointment to take the vehicle to their Service Center, which is a two hour drive back to the dealership, a total inconvenience, to address issues that should have been caught during the multi-point inspection prior to me purchasing the vehicle. I’ve also noticed the alignment is off which could be causing the small shake I feel. This was a big purchase and I’m having even bigger regrets. I would not recommend and I would definitely not purchase again. I’ve been Five Star customer for 10+ years and I hate I ventured off. Angie (Butler -Milledgeville) instructed me to take the vehicle to their shop in Macon. I went to Macon and spoke to Keith, who was extremely emphatic but unable to assist. Keith advised me that the vehicle had to be seen by a Dodge dealer and referred me back to the dealership with Mr. Sims and Angie, who advised to use my warranty…. For a vehicle I just purchased SIX days ago! More
