Garrett works hard and is kind. However everytime I use Button for service something goes wrong. I either don’t get the service completed that day or they don’t return vehicle on ti However everytime I use Button for service something goes wrong. Will gladly drive out of town for better commitment to customer service as a whole. Don’t schedule something you can’t handle. More

I bought a set of tires on 11-30-24 at the time to pay for them was told if I paid by credit card there would be a surcharge of 3 per cent I didn’t have time to go get check or cash at home because they w for them was told if I paid by credit card there would be a surcharge of 3 per cent I didn’t have time to go get check or cash at home because they were closing at 3:00. It was 2:55 when I paid. I feel I should have been told that if I paid by credit card when I purchased the tires on 11-29-24 there would be a fee of 3 percent I would have paid by cash or check. I think I should get the $33.20 refunded to my card or a check from Button motors for $33.20 Dan Stiner More
