Scheduling my service was efficient & easy. Drop off was a breeze & calling ahead for a loaner made it east to go about my day with minimal impact. I was well informed about items that needed immediate attention and the need to check into new tires soon. The only complaint that I have is that the waiting area is so uncomfortable. Especially when you are waiting a couple of hours or more for the work to be done. The other locations waiting area was much more comfortable. There was a man on a business call and another that picked on a ball game of some sort that filled the room. I was not interested in either. The TV was on unending g news this time and the last time thst I had to wait. More
My biggest reason for the average rating is the outrageous price for installing the 2 air filters. $50 is ridiculous for something that takes less than 2 minutes. Tech were suppose to fix door window that would stop and not close. Charged me over $750.00 to fix the window. Window stop working less then 25hrs after I picked the car up from dealership. I called service not close. Charged me over $750.00 to fix the window. Window stop working less then 25hrs after I picked the car up from dealership. I called service several times to report the problem. No one from service has returned my calls or have reached out to me to remedy the problem. I lost over 750.00 for window that was not repaired. This dealership stole 750.00 dollars from me. More
