Terrible experience Bought my vehicle from them in 2016. One month after purchasing my vehicle the air conditioning went out so they recharged it and added a dye to see i Bought my vehicle from them in 2016. One month after purchasing my vehicle the air conditioning went out so they recharged it and added a dye to see if there was a leak. Air worked until the following summer then it went out again. When I took it back they said it was no longer under warranty (even though it originally went out right after I bought it and they were aware of the issue). Then, they said my car was consuming oil. I did numerous consumption tests and they said after 4-5 that they would submit a claim to GM to fix the issue. After several tests, miraculously they claimed my car was no longer consuming oil. Lastly, I had to have my Camshaft actuator replaced, 8 months later my car was messing up again so I took it in. They couldn’t find anything wrong. Three days later my check engine light came on so I had to take it back. This time it was my Camshaft sensor/gear and quoted me $725.00 but said they couldn’t get the part because GM is on strike. I was able to get a quote from another dealership for MUCH cheaper ($440.00) and they had the parts in stock. Can’t help but feel like I’ve been manipulated and ripped off buy this place. More
