Showed up to the dealership with two different cars in mind. (2006 AND 2009 Lexus IS250) We were taken care of as soon as we got there. No need to wait, no hassles. George was knowledgeable on both vehicles and presented us the 2006 first, then the 2009. We were able to test drive both vehicles with no problems whatsoever. Great employee attitude on the lot. I'm a first-time car buyer at this level. George was understanding and worked with me as far as credit and financing. No stalling or hesitating. I asked for a reduction on the price of the vehicle which George was able to reduce. (Not a hefty reduction, but the price did go down) George was very empathic and worked with us to ensure the monthly payment wasn't too robust. He didn't try to oversell to us and did not push us to purchase the more expensive 2009. (Although the 2009 cost more, it's value was unparalleled.) He was looking out for our budget and wanted to ensure we didn't feel pressured. I came to the lot looking for a powerful, sleek, performance vehicle that HAD to be All Wheel Drive due to where I live. I got a great deal on a masterwork vehicle, 2006 Lexus, and was out of the lot with a smile on my face. If you want a good deal and you know what you need, go the CAL. If you don't know what you want, they'll help you find what suits your needs. Like many car dealerships, knowing which questions to ask will lead you to the answers you deserve. I asked George where specific costs for the vehicle were being generated and he provided honest answers to all those questions as well as providing a Carfax. I originally wanted a Subaru AWD but was fortunate enough to find George and the Lexus on the lot. I paid around the same amount of money I had planned....BUT I ended up with WAY MORE than I had expected. Amazing vehicle! George Lawrence is a solid salesmen. This was the 2nd Jeep i have bought from Consumer Cals, and both times I've had a good experience there. Naturally, when I was there, the salesman were doing there job, trying to sell me a car, they threw and both times I've had a good experience there. Naturally, when I was there, the salesman were doing there job, trying to sell me a car, they threw out their numbers and I said I couldn't do that, Ethan asked me what I could do, I told him and within 30.00 dollars he got me my numbers. The whole crew was working with me, was there pressure?, a little, but ultimately, I was there to check this Jeep out and the next day, I drove it home. I'm Happy, their Happy, and everyone I talk to, I tell them Consumer Cals in Airway Heights. More

Took good care of me. Thought car could have been cleaner at purchase but that was an easy fix. THink the dealership warranty could be better also. However, the factory warranty still applied. My wife & I cosigned for a 2001 Toyota Tundra truck for our son Scott on January 23, 2013. The truck came equipped with a lift kit installed. Scott was very happy with the salesman (Charles Moore)& he couldn't be prouder of his truck but has constantly been bothered by a noise coming from somewhere in the front of the truck. He mentioned the noise to Charles who immediately scheduled the truck to be looked at by CAL's mechanic. CAL's mechanic told Scott that the noise was just "the lift kit rattling around" and "the truck is totally safe to drive". This seemed like wonderful news so he brought the truck home. As time went by, the noise became increasingly worse so Scott took the truck back a 2nd & 3rd time only to have the mechanic tell him the noise was the lift kit & the truck is totally safe to drive. Scott became very alarmed at the noise the truck made February 14 & decided to take the truck to a different mechanic. What he found out was so upsetting and appalling that we could not believe one human being would do that to another. Turns out, the truck is UNDRIVABLE & DANGEROUS! The mechanic showed Scott where the steering column is hanging on by a thread, the transfer case is falling out & the ball joints are bad. That is damage that CAL's mechanics should have discovered when they inspected it before placing it on the lot. We immediately took the truck to CAL the 14th & was told it would be fixed by the 18th. However, the 18th came & we were told there was nothing to fix & to come pick it up. Scott tried talking to Charles & was told CAL WILL NOT fix anything because it is his fault for off-roading, which is far from true. I called CAL to try reasoning with Gary, CAL's sales manager only to be told "Sir, your son is happy with the truck, it's you who has a problem". It is OUR MONEY!! We are fed up. CAL promised the truck was safe for our son to drive. CAL promised they would fix any problems or issues found during the 1st 30 days. CAL flat out REFUSES to honor their promise. Their mechanic looked at the truck THREE times & said it did not have a problem-- THREE TIMES!! it could have resulted in KILLING our son!!! Unfortunately, we JUST found out that the Air Force Base FORBIDS Airmen to buy from CAL due to their unfair and deceptive practices. Sure wish we could have found out sooner. This company is BAD NEWS. PEOPLE BEWARE!! More

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP TO MY WORST ENEMY! THEY ARE THE WORST AROUND! FIX THE WRONG THAT YOU HAVE CAUSED AND MAKE IT RIGHT!! That this place is a JOKE!! The first car they sold me the transmission was bad and after 1 week AFTER buying it, they sent it to scrap. Then I get the car I have now, 3 months ago and it is FALLING APART!!! They fail to even acknowledge me in any way, Phone, Email, BBB. They wont even fix the wrong that they did. THIS PLACE DOES NOT EVEN DESERVE A STAR AT ALL!!! More
my husband and i went in to CALS in Airway Heights to get a truck for the winter time. It took us 4 days to get the truck. Th customer service was horrible. I went in nearly everyday to check the status and they couldnt give us a direct reason why until we wanted our money back and said we would go somewhere else. Then a finance manager called me being very rude about our insurance (which is understandable) but you should try to treat you're customers with respect. I am guessing they still havent gotten the money from the bank even though we have turned in everything needed for them to. The bank called us today and said that CALS is trying to Charge them $12,000 for the truck when they dropped it from $14,000 to $9,000 for us, which by far was the only kind thing that they did. The day we got the truck I ended up being a half an hour late for work because they needed us to REDO our paperwork for the THIRD time. More
Rude staff owners son is very cheap. Quality of vehicle was in very poor condition for the price; so we decided not to deal with them. The sons owner told my husband to go against my word when I told the guy myself that I didn't want the van. Super forceful and very unpleasant experience. These guys are a joke! DO NOT GO HERE. All of their vehicles may look nice on the inside, but they are all lemons. More
