Haven’t made first payment yet and air stopped working! Worse car buying experience ever! Was tricked into buying a warranty we thought was included on the car but was 3,000 dollars! The 12 month warranty Carmazone gives you won’t cover fixing the air and the 3,000 dollar 150 000 mile warranty requires us to come out 250 to 300 out of pocket to cover it and first car payment of 500 is due in a week!!!!! Service department is very difficult to get on the phone or receive a return call back! Please do not waist your time or money!! YOU WILL REGRET DOING BUSINESS WITH CARMAZONE!! More

When doing paperwork initially I asked was this going to be a soft pull or a hard pull on credit because I was just shopping and didn't want to purchase yet The sales associate assured me it was a soft pul be a soft pull or a hard pull on credit because I was just shopping and didn't want to purchase yet The sales associate assured me it was a soft pull. I was then told by the credit manager that it was a hard pull and he done this for 30 years and there was no way to see if I was qualified. He then got mad at me for being upset that my credit score dropped 30 points from a hard credit pull. Once again I specifically asked was this a soft credit pull and was told Yes. Then I got yelled at for being upset and asked to leave. Yes I also got upset and used the term xx before leaving and that was unprofessional. However my credit score has dropped 20 points from a hard pull that I was told wasn't going to happen 😞. Then made out to look stupid for being upset about it. I have worked hard for 5 years now. I've done many soft pull credit apps to see what I qualify for. According to the finance or sales manager here that isn't possible. Be careful you may get lied to like me . The manager then told me to check Google to verify that auto dealers can't do soft credit pulls. I then of course searched the term can auto dealers do soft credit pulls to which it confirmed, yes indeed they can. Maybe if he apologized for the mistake of the new associate or misunderstanding things could have been different. However getting upset with me for being upset about having a hard credit check done, after being assured by associate that I wasn't is frustrating as well. More
