There wasn't one moment during the entire process where I felt like I was being "pushed" in a particular direction or misled. Great Teaming/Collaboration: Glenn spent an enormous amount of time patiently answering all my questions and collaborating with the financial team when needed to provide me with the facts I needed in order to make an informed decision. Experienced/Ensured Visibility: Glenn also leveraged his experience to provide me with additional options that would work for me when I needed them and clear insights into the buying process. He documented all the details of the purchase and then went over it with me (literally) line by line, to ensure I understood and agreed with everything. "Full Service" Operation: I was able to easily transition from signing papers with Glenn to sitting down with the Finance/Accounting expert (Josh). This was also a great experience with Josh also answering questions I had, explaining exactly what to expect and then stepping through the process with me on the computer to complete the application, which was quickly approved. Before leaving, Glenn took me and my daughter (who was with me) out to the vehicle and spent more time going through all of the different features we hadn't seen before and answering more questions. :) Amazing Waiting Area: They also have an amazing waiting area for anyone who brings their car in for service!
