There’s a few things that you can do that make it clear that you don’t take yourself seriously as a business. If this policy had been disclosed ahead of time I’d taken my vehicle elsewhere to have a new timing belt and water pump installed. I’m on my 4th Honda and have purchased my last 2 vehicles from CMA's Colonial Honda. It’s safe to say that, after being gouged in this manner today, that I have not only purchased my last vehicle from here but I have also had my last serviced performed here. You got me today, but you won’t get me again. More
