There’s a few things that you can do that make it clear that you don’t take yourself seriously as a business. When you already charge an exorbitant amount in shop fees, which anyone who’s ever worked i that you don’t take yourself seriously as a business. When you already charge an exorbitant amount in shop fees, which anyone who’s ever worked in fixed ops in the auto industry will tell you off the record is just management making another excuse to pad its’ bottom line, tacking another 3% on in credit card processing fees is unacceptable. If this policy had been disclosed ahead of time I’d taken my vehicle elsewhere to have a new timing belt and water pump installed. I’m on my 4th Honda and have purchased my last 2 vehicles from CMA's Colonial Honda. It’s safe to say that, after being gouged in this manner today, that I have not only purchased my last vehicle from here but I have also had my last serviced performed here. You got me today, but you won’t get me again. More

I had a great car buying experience at CMA Honda. I knew what I was looking for and had a budget when I walked in.
