I requested information and Ben Hildreth immediately emailed me and asked when the best time to speak was. He was very polite and wanted to make sure he was accommodating my schedule. He answered all the questions I had, so my husband and I decided to drive over an hour to the dealership just to see him. He pointed out all the features of the vehicle and explained how the safety features on the Odyssey would benefit our family. When my husband and I wanted to discuss the purchase, Ben gave us space and never pushed a purchase on us. We have been to other dealerships where they won't give you a second to think and are constantly pressuring you. I don't respond well to those tactics and was thrilled with Ben's professionalism and courteous nature. He made the paperwork easy for us and was very fast. We were in and out in no time. Slow, pricey service I brought my car in for repairs at 8am on Monday and it wasn't until after 5pm on Tuesday that they had an estimate on the repair costs. After another 2 days of trying to work things out with them and my extended warranty company, I got my car back with no repairs done for a $57 diagnostic fee, which they would not consider discounting despite the slow service.
