Absolutley beyond words how thankful we are that we met Ben. We pulled in the parking lot just looking at what we think we want. Ben came out asking if our car would be a trade in and I said yes I’d like to but not sure what we would get. Well we’re beyond shocked still of the offer for me car. Ben sat us down and explained everything and made us feel very comfortable. Being in Virginia only 3 1/2 this is our first car purchase since moving here from New York. Maybe it’s the Southern Hospitality in Virginia. This purchase was the easiest car purchase we have ever done is our almost 37 years of marriage. We’ve never been in and out so fast. Driving away happy and not exhausted from what is usually a very long process. That didn’t happen with Ben Smith and the rest of the team at CMA Vally Nissan. George in financing was super nice and went over everything so clearly. I can’t forget the young man at the front desk. Not sure of his name (oops) he was also super nice and so helpful. He made sure I got CD out of my radio in my tradein car. Thank you so much that CD mean so much to me as it was my beloved sons and I sing in the car listening to it. Thank you again Ben Smith you truly are the nicest and most informative Nissan Salesperson we have ever had the pleasure to work with. I know I’ll be in today to drop off my title and I’ve got a few questions on features in the car to ask about. I can’t tell you how much we appreciate you and how nice you are. In January a strut was ordered for our 2021 Rogue, because it is faulty and noisy. I understand that it is, supposedly, a supply deficiency however, I have not received ONE call from the dealership wi because it is faulty and noisy. The three updates I have received were only due to my having called them. Having been in the parts business, as well as supply chain and customer service this is completely unacceptable and exemplifies the worst in customer service. They don’t seem to care beyond the purchase of the vehicle and I have nothing good to say about the Service or Parts departments. More

I've been to the dealership five times to get the same problem fixed have paid around $1,000 and it's still not fixed charged me $75 for a mechanic to unplug the battery to try to reset the light this ver problem fixed have paid around $1,000 and it's still not fixed charged me $75 for a mechanic to unplug the battery to try to reset the light this very much surprised me I'm VERY disappointed in the service I got here More

Rarely do you hear about good experiences but dealing with CMA Nissan was a pleasure. From the salesman Harold to the GM Chris the whole process was excellent.
