Short and amazing I had one of the best experiences buying my new Nissan Altima! Service Maintenance and Repair I had a scheduled maintenance appointment. During my trip from Lexington to Staunton, my car began to malfunction. The staff was amazing. They analyze I had a scheduled maintenance appointment. During my trip from Lexington to Staunton, my car began to malfunction. The staff was amazing. They analyzed the problem and found a major problem requiring the need to keep my car 2-3 days. A rental car was immediately provided for my use during this time. My car was reconditioned and looked amazing when I picked it up yesterday!! It is without reservation that I would highly recommend Valley Nissan! You all rock!! More

State inspection Had an appointment at 1:00 PM for a state inspection. Car was taken back to shop at 1:10. Car was finished and parked out front of shop at 1: 25. I wa Had an appointment at 1:00 PM for a state inspection. Car was taken back to shop at 1:10. Car was finished and parked out front of shop at 1: 25. I waited for the man in service shop to notify me until 2:45. I finally went out to the desk to see what was going on, the he said my car was ready. How long would I have waited for it if I hadn't gone to see about it. Last year I took my car there for inspection and was there well over an hour. I didn't keep an eye on the car then like I did this time. I know they are busy, but my time is valuable too and I don't like to be jerked around. More
