Stopped in on a Saturday afternoon shopping for a pre-owned Escalade. Ivan was very friendly and helpful. Took some time to negotiate but ended up with what I felt was a fair deal. The staff stayed an hour past closing to put it all together. The sales experience was excellent. The paperwork closing process was a little challenging. The F&I person tried repeatedly to upsell me on gap insurance. She even called me back the next Monday having found a better interest rate, and tried again to roll gap coverage in. As a seasoned buyer I felt like I was being 'worked' by the F&I department. The only other challenge was that I had to follow up on the title/paperwork and it took three weeks to get it. I have used the service department a couple of times (for a different vehicle) and have had very good experiences. The service advisors are friendly and helpful and the work has always been completed satisfactorily. Overall I'm very pleased with the dealership. They provide great service. The challenge with the closing was really no worse than most other dealerships. More
