Kailey is a superb employee of Cable Dahmer. She provided excellent customer service on my recent visit there. Someone like her is rare today! She provided excellent customer service on my recent visit there. Someone like her is rare today! More

After the change I watched the lube tech harshly accelerate my Ram TRX multiple times back to the service pickup area. After oil change the next day I found residual oil dripping from the undercarriage and all pooled up on the skid plate of the truck. Luckily it turns out it was a mess of oil left over from the recent oil change, there was also used oil on the paint around the hood. They then did not communicate with me and drove my truck off the dealer lot to the dirty unapproved car wash down the street. When I brought up these concerns to one of the service advisors there (bald guy with black beard) he got defensive and rude and had a what do you want me to do about it attitude. More
Dustin Smith was unprofessional and rude when confronted with a mistake he made which damaged my truck. This reflects on the entire service department as well. with a mistake he made which damaged my truck. This reflects on the entire service department as well. More
Adam is a real people person. He remembers names, vehicles and situations. He's the best service rep I've dealt with in some time. He remembers names, vehicles and situations. He's the best service rep I've dealt with in some time. More

Terrible service experience. No one greeted me when I arrived at the dealership. Service advisor did not give me his contact info and was extremely difficult to get hold of. No e No one greeted me when I arrived at the dealership. Service advisor did not give me his contact info and was extremely difficult to get hold of. No expectations were set as to how long the repair would take or when the service advisor would get back to me next. No explanation of repairs provided was given. Will drive miles out of my way to go to another dealership next time. More
I came to this dealership with a "Service Electronic Stability Control" warning. My Jeep Grand Cherokee only has 60k miles and I had the warning intermittently. Some days it was fine, other days the wa Stability Control" warning. My Jeep Grand Cherokee only has 60k miles and I had the warning intermittently. Some days it was fine, other days the warning and strange driving behavior came back, so maybe they could fix it. After leaving the Jeep over night, Cable Dahmer Service called: "Not good news my man, $5,046 to replace your Transfer Case and Drive Control Module". I asked, "Why the transfer case?" They said because the technician said it was "internally damaged based on the code and this is what they recommend". If it was internally mechanically damaged, how come it fixes itself some days? My xx alarm went off! They wanted 4 days for the parts to arrive and 3 days to do the repairs. To release my Jeep, I paid them $200 for a questionable, sketchy, insanely high priced diagnosis and drove my Grand Cherokee home. I don't have $5,000 laying around, and my jeep has relatively low mileage, so something like this is unusual and should not happen. I researched online and found the issue is only related to the Transfer Case Control Module (TCCM) under the driver's seat. I bought a new module on Amazon for $129 (2 days). I replaced it myself in 3 minutes. My Jeep is now drives better than ever! I took apart the old module and found the internal connector pins to the circuit board were chaffing and causing open connections (overall poor design of the OEM module). Upshot: Don't let them xx you into work you don't need! They even tried to upsell me on a fuel system clean! At first, I thought the Service Manager (Chad Kelly) was going to do the right thing after agreeing to refund my $200 for mis-diagnosing my vehicle. But, even that was xx! Over two months and no refund! They do not return calls or messages! Now, I don't trust them whatsoever and will never be returning with my Jeep. Nor will I buy my next vehicle here. I rely on thrust and follow-through, they exhibited neither. I hope this helps others to see the dark side of this business. More
