We walked in to Cable Dahmer Kia to get some help figuring out all of the bells and whistles on our new 2025 Kia Sorento that we purchased in California in May. Dylon spent at least an hour with us figuring out all of the bells and whistles on our new 2025 Kia Sorento that we purchased in California in May. Dylon spent at least an hour with us and was so helpful going over the mechanics of the car. All the way from the driving and safety features, the comfort, the infotainment, the screens etc. Dylon knew so much about the vehicle and was happy to help. He was polite, friendly, and professional. If we are in the market for another vehicle we will be sure to come to him again. He also walked us through the dealership and showed us the service department. Five stars for Dylon and 5 stars for a very clean, uncluttered, beautiful, well maintained and welcoming business environment. More
Bad business! DO NOT TRUST! 1-Communication is terrible with no return calls. 2-we confirmed a car was available before we made a 30 minute drive, we double checke DO NOT TRUST! 1-Communication is terrible with no return calls. 2-we confirmed a car was available before we made a 30 minute drive, we double checked before leaving and the salesperson said they confirmed with manager that it was available and went so far as to go out and take a video tour of it. Made appointment for 30 min after that. We get there and manager immediately starts asking if they can look for other cars if the optima didn’t work out. We said sure but were there to see the optima. 15 minutes of waiting and all of a sudden they pull up a ford fusion. I asked about the optima. They said manager wanted us to see ford in case optima didn’t work out. We said no to fusion and salesperson said she’d go get keys for optima, returns promptly with manager saying the optima sold. Take what you will from that but we’re confident they flat out lied to us over and over about the availability of car we wanted to see, just so they could take a shot at selling us something different. Insulting and disgusting sales practice. Wasted a huge chunk of our day and they knew what they were doing. More
We were promised the vehicle on a Monday. We were told we would receive a call brighten early Tuesday. However, never received the call, so we sent a message to the sales representative we we We were told we would receive a call brighten early Tuesday. However, never received the call, so we sent a message to the sales representative we were working with only to be told that they could see us later that evening, and when I told them we took off the entire day because we were told it was going be a 9 AM call and know it usually takes a few hours. We were then told that the vehicle that was promised was sold underneath of them, and that they have another one on the way, and it's only "4 plus hours away." They said they weren't even sure if they'd left yet this was about 11:30 AM. So not only did we lose a whole day of work waiting on the vehicle we were promised a month ago, we were going to be lied to about said vehicle, had we not contacted them. We waited 5+hours to make a deal that was not at all what was promised a month prior. For the last few years, we've been getting constant text and emails from this dealership wanting to buy my old vehicle because it's not in production anymore and highly sought after. So we finally agreed. We had to return to the dealership numerous times just to get the vehicle properly detailed. When you buy a new car, it's clean inside and out. This has come back from the detailer two times with the same stain that was there on pick up, along with one that wasn't there on the first day it was picked up. They have a new person whose not fully trained, and that's fine. However they had to get up and keep leaving and go back-and-forth across the hall to ask questions, and the person that's supposed to be helping them and advising them kept giving them very dirty looks and not at all helpful. This got so bad to the point where the finance person decided it was not worth going back over there, and they just tried to figure it out themselves which was unfortunate as we missed out on GAP insurance. It's No wonder they have such a high turnaround with employees. Finally, we had tint installed for the vehicle and it had to go back to get it fixed because it was already starting to bubble in the back. They pick it up, have it all day, Bring it back and all they did was try to cut the part where the bubbling was. And unfortunately made the tint across the back area window worse. And I know this because I placed sticker in the very middle bottom that was still there when it retuned. So we know they did not remove the back tint, they just cut that piece. More
