We were promised the vehicle on a Monday. We were told we would receive a call brighten early Tuesday. However, never received the call, so we sent a message to the sales representative we were working with only to be told that they could see us later that evening, and when I told them we took off the entire day because we were told it was going be a 9 AM call and know it usually takes a few hours. We were then told that the vehicle that was promised was sold underneath of them, and that they have another one on the way, and it's only "4 plus hours away." They said they weren't even sure if they'd left yet this was about 11:30 AM. So not only did we lose a whole day of work waiting on the vehicle we were promised a month ago, we were going to be lied to about said vehicle, had we not contacted them. We waited 5+hours to make a deal that was not at all what was promised a month prior. For the last few years, we've been getting constant text and emails from this dealership wanting to buy my old vehicle because it's not in production anymore and highly sought after. So we finally agreed. We had to return to the dealership numerous times just to get the vehicle properly detailed. When you buy a new car, it's clean inside and out. This has come back from the detailer two times with the same stain that was there on pick up, along with one that wasn't there on the first day it was picked up. They have a new person whose not fully trained, and that's fine. However they had to get up and keep leaving and go back-and-forth across the hall to ask questions, and the person that's supposed to be helping them and advising them kept giving them very dirty looks and not at all helpful. This got so bad to the point where the finance person decided it was not worth going back over there, and they just tried to figure it out themselves which was unfortunate as we missed out on GAP insurance. It's No wonder they have such a high turnaround with employees. Finally, we had tint installed for the vehicle and it had to go back to get it fixed because it was already starting to bubble in the back. They pick it up, have it all day, Bring it back and all they did was try to cut the part where the bubbling was. And unfortunately made the tint across the back area window worse. And I know this because I placed sticker in the very middle bottom that was still there when it retuned. So we know they did not remove the back tint, they just cut that piece. More

Took advantage of a mentally disabled customer that lives on less then $1000 a month disability. Was $350 away from paying off my Kia Soul that was on a parked recall and was dangerous, then stolen. I have son with heart condition so I had to trade it in. They showed me a 2015 Jeep for $13000 no sticker. Told me 4 yr drive train warranty and maintenance would be free and if I paid $1500 down the payments would be same as what I was paying. I wanted to talk to my family about borrowing it and they would not bring me my keys. She insisted on me taking Jeep and she would ride with me to talk to family. It was late and they promised if I took Jeep they would send paperwork to my email. They never sent email and Jeep broke down. Dannielle Kutter finally contacted me after 2 weeks of being blown off, found out after I paid $12000 on my Kia Soul, all they did was pay $350, last payment and now Jeep was $16000 then add ons up to $32000. Payments $485 a month not $154 as promised. Daniella said I should had got a usb the night of purchase. I was so upset and just wanted car back and money, but my Kia Soul had already been auctioned off. Dannielle Kutter told me she would take care of Capitol one and get me in car I can afford. I had witness with me. Diagnoses on Jeep said bad drive train and catalatic converter, so it is a lemon. They repoed Jeep, stole my dangerous car they sold me and my money. I now have nothing. They have ruined my life being 55 years old and ruined my credit. I have proof of everything, More

The initial part of the buying experience was great - the sales associate was responsive and helpful. However, when it was time to pay for the car, it was a different story. The sales manager added 3 options costing $3K to the deal without my permission. When I protested, he said, “well, you have to pick at least one of these options.” I offered to scrap the deal entirely, and suddenly I didn’t have to pick any of the options. The finance manager was worse, he… - tried to convince us to purchase an expensive aftermarket warranty, saying that Kia wouldn’t honor their new car warranty (at a Kia dealership!) - kept obscuring parts of the finance agreement as we went through it, and got huffy when I told him I wouldn’t sign it if I couldn’t read all of it - was generally condescending to my wife and me. As I left, the salesman told me that I’d be invited back in a month to provide feedback and discuss my experience, but that never happened. I’ve scheduled my future service with a dealer that’s farther away, because I just can’t get back there again. More
