Dannielle Kutter answers to the emails I've sent.. I need to speak to someone above her. She has already told me she would fix this. She lied to witness and i about getting me in a car I can afford. The Jeep is a lemon, have proof. Several add on's that were promised to come with the Jeep, but charged me instead. I paid $154 a month was $350 till paid off and all they did was pay last payment. Nothing else then took my money down$1500 promising payments will b same as Soul with credit acceptance not putting me with Capitol One. Then when I complained, I was ignored and treated terribly.

I was assured by your sales manager and finance manager that they were only following your standard procedures. I’m not sure what you can do to help, as the damage has been done. Maybe you need to review your own procedures and decide if that’s how you treat valued customers.
