When I bring a vehicle into your shop with a complaint. And be charged to figure out the problem. I expect the problem be fixed. When I’m told to have this and that done would get rid of the problem. And drive off with the vehicle and the problem still there. But you still charge me a diagnostic test and never fix the issue. I always thought if you diagnosed the issue that you would be able to fix it. This isn’t the first time you have done this less service to me. Once twice third time I would be a xxxxxxx. You can call me if you want to talk… show me your concern.
