Service experience I spoke with Brianna on the phone and asked if she could fit me in the next day for an oil change and tire rotation. She was able to do so told me it I spoke with Brianna on the phone and asked if she could fit me in the next day for an oil change and tire rotation. She was able to do so told me it would be about an hour wait. It was exactly that and she noticed the car was due for a passenger air filter which the service department also changed. After they service my car they always wash and I've been using this service department for all my Cadillacs thru the years and never had a complaint.
