Everyone that helped me through the process was very nice and I was treated like I had a new car even though I did not. More

Out of towner I drive down from Boston on Thursday and had my vehicle break down in Manhattan. Dealer in NYC was unresponsive but Mahwah answered right away and gr I drive down from Boston on Thursday and had my vehicle break down in Manhattan. Dealer in NYC was unresponsive but Mahwah answered right away and graciously offered to help. Had car towed there and they spent all day trying to diagnose a difficult problem. They kept me posted on status along the way and price was fair. I had to return home before car was ready thus my only negative experience was that my car wasn’t given more of a priority (no work was done on Saturday) so that I could have driven it home Monday. (cost us $600 in train tickets and difficult arrangements to have car driven back to Boston). Overall very pleased with experience. More
