Missed major problem with car, also not timely I brought my Escalade twice while it was under warrantee complaining of a grinding noise in engine. Both times they told me there was no issue. I brought it again after it was out of warrantee and now they suddenly determined I need a new transmission. The car is 4 years old. additionally this dealer consistently accepts my car and then doesn’t look at it until the next day. I also need to call numerous times to follow up as they don’t call when they say they will. More
