Infotainment system broken Poor customer service.. Unwilling to take any extra steps to diagnose problem with my vehicle that was purchased new from the GMC dealership owned by Poor customer service.. Unwilling to take any extra steps to diagnose problem with my vehicle that was purchased new from the GMC dealership owned by same company across the highway. GMC dealership had no immediate available appointments so they suggested going to cadillac dealer they own also. Vehicle retirned not fixed and I waited 20 minutes for them to retrieve my car from parking lot. More
