I had a wonderful experience at Cadillac Of Naperville. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Although, my vehicle needed service during the crisis of this Pandemic COVID-19 and they didn’t h The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Thomas Mack from the Service Department is AMAZING. He’s very professional and his customer service skills are exceptional. He’s very efficient and knowledgeable when it comes to helping customers.
