Sales texted me stating a 2023 Escalade just came in and it’s 139,000.00. I ask for the window sticker and the sticker was 119,000.00. SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG! !!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE LIARS I'm editing this review because I trusted them but they screwed me. They were all nice when I came !!!!!!!!!!!!!! SERVICE DEPARTMENT ARE LIARS I'm editing this review because I trusted them but they screwed me. They were all nice when I came the first time in 2020 I went for transmission service, and I told them my rear shocks were leaking, they said because of the shortage GM doesn't have them. I informed my service advisor Christopher that my factory warranty will expire soon. What do I do?? Christopher said he will take care of it, and make the claim with GM, and when the shocks get here they will call me. I kept calling, they keep saying it's still in back order. Now it's 2022, my car is out of warranty. I call and now they tell me Christopher doesn't work there anymore I asked what about my claim? are the shocks in stock now? They tell me there's no claim and I have to pay out of pocket for the shocks, which will cost me $2300 SCAMS BEWARE WARNINNG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ATHEER ISMAIL More
