Bought cars on back to back days from them. At first customer service was great, 2 cars on back to back days near a month end. But I had an issue with the second car and tried to rectify it on 10/30. Bu customer service was great, 2 cars on back to back days near a month end. But I had an issue with the second car and tried to rectify it on 10/30. But my salesman didn't want to be bothered before month end to discuss. They mad a minimal attempt to rectify the situation but they didn't follow through. I will live with my decision but I will never service either vehicle with them. Why should I trust them if they won't attempt to rectify a problem from a customer who just bought 2 cars from them? Very disappointed in the whole situation. At the end of the day they lost a lifelong customer. More

I was uncomfortable waiting for my vehicle. No social distancing, employees walking around the dealership without masks additionally, car wash was very poor. AWFUL customer service. I am from Indiana and I made the long drive out to Naperville and bought a car here in February. After having to pay for plates up front, mailing the I am from Indiana and I made the long drive out to Naperville and bought a car here in February. After having to pay for plates up front, mailing the proper paperwork needed, and waiting patiently for over a month...I never received the plates. Upon calling, we were told my paperwork was lost, something that NOBODY made an effort to call me and inform me about. I then drove the paperwork up there myself and gave it directly to Bobby. It is now July and I have yet to receive my plates, and I have gotten ZERO response when I call to speak to someone or leave a message. Terrible, terrible, TERRIBLE customer service. More
