UPDATE received a call on this review from "Chris, the service manager" at Camelback Ford who basically bullied me asking if I left this review, stati UPDATE received a call on this review from "Chris, the service manager" at Camelback Ford who basically bullied me asking if I left this review, stating that he knows how this works and that he can leave reviews too. The level this has gone too is beyond unprofessional! I asked to speak to his manager and he stated that he didn't have one. MY EARLIER REVIEW! Took my Ford Explorer in for service on a Thursday night expecting to hear from them sometime on Friday. At 2pm my husband called them to get a status. Alan told my husband that he'd try to squeeze my car in. My husband questioned that because I had an appointment. My husband was told that there were customers who had appointments 3 days prior who were ahead of me. Sounds a little absurd but why make appointments if you can't get to a car for 3 days? So at 3:20pm we received a call that they won't be able to do anything about the car until MONDAY and suggested that I leave the car, Seriously. Not for parts but just that they couldn't get to it until MONDAY. I am so sorry I bought my car from this location. Don't waste your time here!!!! More
