I brought it in having just been detailed and looking like brand new as I was currently selling it. It came back to me the filthiest I have ever seen it. I was speechless to say the least. There was greasy hand prints on my light colored headliner, the carpet was filthy and stained. There was liquid spills on the interior. I found chip crumbs and a straw package on the floor. And the worst part was that my door was dinged which of course, they claim was not them. We spent quite a while in the service lane trying to clean the stains off my seats and interior surfaces. Thankfully I will never have to go here again. Left messages for the service manager and service director and never heard back. More
Tried them twice. Yard is a mess. Signage is confusing. More people standing around looking for an upsell then there are people working on cars. As usual there is an u Yard is a mess. I expect if I brought in a brand new car, they would find “recommended services”. I tried a second time, everybody can have an off day. But this is just as bad as the first. More

I took my 2009 Kia Sportage to Camelback Kia for factory recall issues, The appointment was setup and managed by Jimmy Rowe. The work took a little longer than the 3 hours he had estimated - not a problem, recall issues, The appointment was setup and managed by Jimmy Rowe. The work took a little longer than the 3 hours he had estimated - not a problem, but when he called to let me know it was ready, he also informed me that their shop had identified a couple of other problems, , and “did I want them to take care of them now.?” I told him I would consider it once I knew what the problems were. He informed me that the car had NO coolant in the system, and implied that it was urgent to address this issue right away. Also, he said, a problem with a control arm had been identified, and needed to be addressed.. I had driven the car extensively and had never seen any sign of it overheating. When I told Jimmy I would take the car home and look it over myself he reiterated that it was likely to overheat at any moment, and it was risky to drive it in that condition. As I drove away from the dealership I heard a warning beep of some kind repeating every 40 seconds or so - a sound I had never heard although I have owned the car for several years. I turned around and went back to the service department, where I told Jimmy about the warning beep I was hearing.. His immediate response was that the car was probably beeping because it was overheating (Although there was no overheating indicated anywhere on the dash) - and that “we probably can’t do anything about it”. Again, this sound had NEVER occurred before taking the car to the dealer that day, and to hear him say that they “probably couldn’t fix it”, before he even heard the sound I described made me question his attitude right away. It seemed obvious to me that they had done something which caused this warning sound to be activated. I invited him to listen and witness what I was talking about. . As soon as he opened the door he looked down and, under the dash he spotted a testing module of some kind which had been mistakenly left plugged into the wiring by the mechanic who had worked on the car. He removed it by simply unplugging it and was forced to admit that the WAS something they could do about it after all. He thanked me for bringing the test module back, and I left, shaking my head all the way home in response to his knee jerk response and attitude. Once home, I investigated the coolant in the car and discovered that, although the coolant RESERVE was low, the radiator was COMPLETELY FULL and that the car was never in danger of overheating, it just needed the reserve topped off. This made me resent even more the attitude Jimmy had displayed - as if I was foolish not to take his advice that the car was likely to overheat “at any moment”, and pay their shop to address the issue immediately. Knowing that the “big problem” he had informed me of was not even real makes me wonder if they even actually performed the recall repairs that they were supposed to do. The man was obviously trying to mislead me…and with an attitude about it, to boot. I would NEVER take my car to this place again, and would warn others (especially, senior's) To BEWARE THIS SHOP! If I could choose zero stars, I would. I had two safety recalls to be done on my Optima. I scheduled the appointment and when I arrived, I was told it would be “hours” to have the items I had two safety recalls to be done on my Optima. I scheduled the appointment and when I arrived, I was told it would be “hours” to have the items addressed. I asked if it would be 2 hours or 8 and was told probably 2.5 hours. So I decided to work while I waited for my car. At the 3 hour point, I inquired as to when I could expect the car. Staff went out to the bays where the car was being worked on. After about 20 minutes, I was told that they just got the car in and it they would do the work as quickly as possible. At the 4 hour mark, I inquired again. Again, staff went out to the bays, another 20 minutes later, I was told it would be another 30 minutes. 40 minutes later, I asked again where my car was - out to the bays staff went, then “another 5 minutes”, I was told. At 5 hours, and after throwing somewhat of a fit, the car was brought to me. I was offered a “free” oil change for the inconvenience. No, thank you. I was quickly ushered out to the car and sent on my way, only having me sign off on the paperwork. When I got to a place I could review the paperwork, I saw that a “Automobile Status Report” was attached (with the previous owner information included) and it stated in the “Multi-Point Inspection Form” that there were items needed to be performed on the vehicle that “Requires immediate attention”. I had my car in the shop 2 days before to have it summer-ized so I knew that their report was utter BS. Today, I received a notice from Kia in the mail stating the recall work has still not been done. I went onto the Kia website to confirm that this was the case. Sure enough, there was one item that is still not done. I plan to buy a Telluride soon, but I will never go back to this dealership for service and certainly not to buy anything. More
