Had a very unimpressive visit with Camping Worls. Took RV in for maintenance, which included an inspection for $249. The inspection was horrible, boxes were checked off that specific systems were checked, when they weren't, like checking the appliances, when I knew that there were issues with the refirgerator and the microwave, yet the inspection report said they were "ok". Also was not happy that I was charged $75 for "shop supplies" for the inspection, with no explanation of what supplies were used, and when I asked I was told that "they charge everyone for supplies regardless of what is used." Also asked for an internet system to be installed, but the RV was there for a week and nobody ever called me with a recommendation for what system to install. Also asked for house batteries to be replaced, but again, after a week, they told me they couldn't find the house batteries (even though they were checked off as "ok" on the inspection). After a week I went and picked it up and took it to another shop for repair. Got the RV back in 3 days, no shop supply fee, and with everything fixed and ready to go. This taught me to stay away from Camping World. More
My rigs frame broke down across the freeway at Bucees. She was very pleasant and very kind and considered my condition as I am on my way to a medical facility in Phoenix. She handled everything very professionally from accessing the damage, to dealing with the insurance claim to keeping us refreshed with bottled water and a kind smile. I felt as though we were family. The details of the repair were explained and shown to me in a way that gave me every bit of confidence that I could leave my rig in their hands without worry to the day they are finished, When I couldn't come to see the progress, photos were sent to me. Olga and the staff at Camping World Katy TX went far above the call of duty. Thank you so much for all you have done. I am very grateful. More
For 2 years camping world has had my RV in for repairs, 2 times they have tried to claim that the repairs are "complete". I would go months without any communication and most of the time when I would reach times they have tried to claim that the repairs are "complete". I would go months without any communication and most of the time when I would reach out to receive an update I would be promised a call back for the same day and it would be weeks before I even got an email with no information. The repairs "completed" on my rv are worse than if I had just attempted to repair the damage myself. All of the parts damaged miraculously are no longer available and or no longer made and so I am just supposed to be happy that they applied some putty over the damage to try and mask it. The same problem exists with the linoleum that was stained due to the negligence of the shop, placing a fan in one spot for so long it caused a rust ring to stain the linoleum and since the flooring is no longer made they "cant do anything about it". NEVER buy or use camping world for your RV needs. They will just disappoint you and return your RV back to you in worse shape. More

When the work was finally addressed it was poor workmanship and the problems weren’t solved. 1 - Bulkhead exterior paint cracking - needed to be repainted 2 - TV & Fire place remotes were missing and had to be backordered, this was 4 months and the TV remote still didn't work, we just bought a new TV so that we could enjoy 3 - USB ports did not work and had to be replaced 4 - Awning motor from day 1 was defective and have to be replaced 5 - THE BIG ISSUE-small water leak under kitchen sink-was attempted twice to fix but never replaced the Compression fitting and continued to leak every time we used the trailer until the fitting was replaced by myself and the denied me to refund the tool and parts I had to buy. 6 - Slide out was off and needed to be adjusted. Shorty work, didn’t even bother to tighten the adjustment bolt after adjusting. I had to do it myself. 7 - Heater never worked and waiting on new heater bord for 3 months while trailer sat at Camping World. We have owned this brand new Gulfstream trailer for almost a year and have not been able to enjoy it due to constant issues. Buyer be aware and find a dealership that has customer service and cares about what they sell you. I will never step foot in a Camping World again. More

The worst place ever, Watch out they have caller Id, and will not return calls. Once they get your 70K, they are done with you. One of their people, damaged the front end, and then second accident hit it and punctured a whole. All without calling the customer, Surprise, Surprise, we had to point it out. Simple little things like globe missing, they can not even get fixed. Poor workmanship, and very poor Service, I say RUN as fast as you can. More

Service was horrible. They quoted us $1000 and then tried to bill us for almost twice that saying he quote is just an estimate and they don’t have to honor it. Servicing is worthless. When i bought the camper they kept it for two months due to a leak in the roof. Just called them to fix the furnace. Got told they have me scheduled in two months.
