You false advertise one price and then bait and switch to add things parolee do not want added on their vehicles and you force them to take it. I am reporting to the BBB and Attorney General as I found out that the advertised price cannot have add-ons put onto it. From a dealership standpoint it was the worst buying experience I have had but from a salesrep experience, he was one of the very best experiences. (This was my 19th car) More

The little bit of positivity on this star rating comes from Austin with scheduling my service. Otherwise, 1 star. It’s not Davis Chevrolet anymore. And it really stinks. Our family has been part of the Davis family for YEARS. Now that it’s Capital, nothing is personal. It’s very sad. Wish I could do business elsewhere if not for the close proximity to my home. The corporate atmosphere is NOT appealing. We’re not Raleigh where it doesn’t matter if no one knows you (i.e.too big a city to even try). This is Lexington. Get to know your customers. And accommodate them appropriately. It’s not impossible. I don’t carry the persona of an entitled person. But basic hometown feel has gone out the window here. The only strangers are the new folks who have come in to take over. Not the customers who have walked through those doors for years. Do better. And realize you’re in our ‘house’, not your forced corporate world. More
Salesman was very nice. He was still new there but got through it. Sold us my my son's first car. I do have one complaint though. My son had a slow leak in back right rear tire which when we took to tire place said it was worn. So needed a new tire. As he was looking at the tires of the care said it was a good thing we came in the 2 front tires that the car was sold with were the wrong size tires for that car. They were too big.And wouldn't have passed inspection if we didn't change them. And had to also on the right front tire break the lugnut off to get the tire off. I wasn't pleased with that That dealer sold it to us like that More
