Never received any communication unless I was the one called. Earlier in the year I got the first transmission replaced from the dealership and was told every step of the way, when parts were here when w called. This time with a warranty replacement I was given no information. Left on hold for 20 plus minutes at a time told multiple times I'd get a call back, never received a single call back. The one time that I received communication first was when my car was ready for pickup. I wasn't even notified when my car was dropped off by the tow truck I called close to 6 hours later right before they closed to make sure my vehicle had made it to the dealership. It also took the shop an extra two weeks after parts were received to finish my car. And the only thing different this time was I wasn't paying for it since it was a warranty. They only had one mechanic on in January and he was able to finish my car within 48 hours of parts being received. So if you're paying for it they are somewhat better. But the part they put into your vehicle goes bad less than 9 months later and they treat you like you have the plague. Also after the third text message for this review that I thought was coming from the dealership I find out that no they gave my information to dealer rater? Capital Ford used to be Dick Masheter Ford I don't know who Capital Ford is being ran by but it's definitely different and not the good kind. They were once my family dealership they are no longer. Be careful with them and apparently watch out for them to sell your information. More
