I worked with Capital Ford on a deal to trade in my truck and get a new one — a Maverick. The dealership worked the deal hard and very expeditiously. I have been to Capital twice: once to get an oil change; and once to get a front mud flap put in my car. Each time I went to the Quick Service Bay. The oil change went great; I was in ant out in just minute and once to get a front mud flap put in my car. Each time I went to the Quick Service Bay. The oil change went great; I was in ant out in just minutes. For the mud flap, I was somewhat disappointed. I had ordered in earlier and I was told the part would be in the next day. Well, when I took my car in for service about three days later, I waited for more than an hour simply for the Parts Division to locate the part. So, what I thought would be a 20-minute job turned into more than a 2-hour job. More

Phil was very helpful and personable during our visit to Columbus. We appreciated that he worked quickly, stayed late and we are now the new owners of a Dodge Hornet.
