First off, I didn't know the name had changed to my favorite spot to get an oil change. The service was the same great service I expected. The "service" that this dealer offered is horrible. I would not use them again for anything. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation which their website advertised for $79.99. After the oil chang I would not use them again for anything. I went in for an oil change & tire rotation which their website advertised for $79.99. After the oil change was done, the service writer told me that price was the "old" price and the new price was $124.99. I showed him their website still said $79.99 and he very reluctantly gave it to me after arguing about it. Then I asked how much it was to change all 3 wipers on my car. He told me it cost $25.98 per wiper. I agreed to this price. When they were done he tried to tack on another $15.00 for installation. I explained he couldn't do that, as that was not part of the price he quoted me when I asked initially. I asked him for the total price. This dealer seems to be very shady in their service department & I will not recommend them or use them ever again. Good luck to you if you do. Also, it took them over 2 hours to do the oil change and tire rotation when I was there 10 mins before my appointment time. More

This wonderful man did his utmost to check in with me every week (even when they were having name changes and communication issues) and made every part of the process incredibly easy. In addition, because they ran into some unexpected delays they offered a discount without me saying anything at all.
