I don’t know if there are too many cars in need of service and not enough mechanics or front desk people but my frustration level is high. Also, my hands are tied because I have to use this service department because cars are not so simple to fix now that everything is computerized. The service department has had my car 4 different times for the same issue and they still can not fix it. They have to contact the main Ford plant and apparently communication is via email ~ where are the humans! I kind of wish I bought a Toyota which I am sad to say ~ More
