Had an appointment for 9:20am. These guys called me at 2:00 pm hadn't done any work with a 1000 dollar estimate to change seat cushions. I arrived at 8 for a service appointment only to be told that techs don't arrive until 9. I have an issue with my 360 camera that the image became distorted and misaligned, however the service advisor that techs don't arrive until 9.
