Ford's service center is the best experience I have ever had from any service center. One employee stands out more than the rest, Zaki Mubashir. He make sure that every time my car comes in, he is treating had from any service center. One employee stands out more than the rest, Zaki Mubashir. Zaki helped me with a rental at a very fast rate, as I had an appointment to make when my truck had an issue. Later that day, when it was clear that Ford needed to keep the truck for a period, he arranged for a larger vehicle. My daughter had a tournament and I needed to bring all the equipment so the first car couldn't hold all my equipment, Zaki stepped in and got me a vehicle that met my needs in record time. I have brought my car in when Zaki is not available, I still got really good service. But there was a difference between this visit to the service center compared to when Zaki is handling my service.
