Sales are ok. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Made appointment for 11:00. Arrived at 10:30 for service on Sierra EV (tire rotation). 2 hours in, I text HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND SERVICE DEPARTMENT. Made appointment for 11:00. Arrived at 10:30 for service on Sierra EV (tire rotation). 2 hours in, I text service writer and he says “10-15 mins, almost done”. An hour later I go to desk. Can’t find Paperwork and coincidentally guy comes out of back saying that he “just needs to add oil change and parts” (ON AN EV). Woman comes out asking about oil change. I finally process out and have no idea if tire rotation was even done! Service writer comes out who I never saw in 3 hours and asks if everything is ok. Total disregard and disrespect for my time, unorganized, inept. I have no idea if work was even done. I will never go there again. I have two GMCs. More

I visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle for my brother, and everything was proceeding smoothly until a desk manager name I visited your dealership with the intention of purchasing a vehicle for my brother, and everything was proceeding smoothly until a desk manager named Tony intervened. Tony's behavior was extremely unprofessional, rude, and, most disturbingly, racist. His aggravated demeanor and unacceptable comments caused significant distress and ultimately led me to break off the deal. It is disheartening to encounter such conduct, especially in a professional setting where customers expect respect and courtesy. I hope you will address this matter with the seriousness it deserves. I believe that no customer should have to endure the kind of treatment I experienced. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution to ensure this does not happen to anyone else in the future. More
