Our business was founded by our Managing Partner, Frank Heck who has over 30 years of experience in the automotive business. With a background in the wholesale buying arena, Frank and his team wanted to sell customers quality vehicles at true wholesale inspired prices with a fully transparent and non-traditional buying experience. That was the spark that ignited the vision of Car City Wholesale.
