After spending time checking the car, taking our personal info, running a credit check, and processing the deal at their finance department, the monthly payments added up higher than we expected. Upon inspection of the paperwork the actual price was $4000 higher than advertised. We asked what this means and were told that the advertised price is the price after a down payment of %20. We got up and left without another word. More

Then, they show a car more expensive then the car we came for. Next, a manager explains a payment plan for that more expensive car....Here's the fraud...they tell us that all their internet prices are after a 20% down-payment! Over the phone they were clearly proud of their "NO ADDED COSTS, NO DEALER FEES". Realizing the SCAM, we then asked for our personal-financial information sheet back. They refused and said they can legally keep it. We now fear identity theft or a credit scam. The Manager, Alex said there's is nothing we can do....they've been is business over 21 years. I do not believe any positive review of this dealership. My son and I lived a nightmare yesterday. By the way, we found a great car/deal at a Coral Springs dealership the same day. JT More
