Great customer service! I took my Pilot in for the major service, and my service advisor was Andika Citra. This is my first time with El Monte Honda, and it would not be the I took my Pilot in for the major service, and my service advisor was Andika Citra. This is my first time with El Monte Honda, and it would not be the last because of Andika. He was very courteous, extremely helpful, and professional. He provided me with honest assessment of what my vehicle needed, and kept me in the loop of the progress of the service. Andika also made sure that my air bag was replaced, because it was on the recalled list. Overall, I had such a positive experience with Andika, that I will certainly be back to El Monte Honda in the future. More
