Called and spoke with Ed on Monday at 10am. He was unprofessional and rude. I asked to speak to the sales manager at least 3 times and was told “He’s busy and doesnt have time”. I asked for a different sales person and was told they are a small business and only have 4 who are busy. He said he would send videos and info on a car before he got off at 7pm. Didnt send until I reached out the following day. Then spoke with Ashton and because of the experience the day before I asked for a different sales person. She said she would take care of the sale for me. Let her know I was driving 10+ hours to see and buy the car. Financing in place privately. Got to Sarasota at 1pm Wed. When I got the text they were working deal on it and it wouldn't be available. Told them I had driven all the way and was almost there from Daphne, AL. No reply. Then 45 min later I get a text. Its sold. No phone call. No apology. No hey let’s fix this. Ive bought many cars in my 48 years. This is hands down the worst experience Ive had. I know it’s a blessing in disguise. Any place willing to treat you like a number and not a person - will NOT look out for your best interest. Any place willing to do shady business will hide car problems. BUYER BEWARE. They don't take accountability. Wont let you speak to an upper management person. Imagine what they sell. Read the other negative reviews. They apparently are known for shady dealings. Frustrated to waste time and money driving as far as Sarasota but thankful to save myself the headache of spending money w a terrible business More
