Only drawback was I guess the company/ shop policy of only 20 minutes to test drive. I've never heard of that in purchasing vehicles before. I had paid $749 to have this car shipped and knew of the only two minor blemishes that were transparent and known from the listing for a tiny pinhole paint chip on passenger front side of fender panel and minor driver seat blemish on the leather. So very good chance I was going to purchase it, given the $749 gamble without having physically seen the vehicle in person until after delivery. I had pre-filled out paperwork online and uploaded necessary documents, so we were still there according to my wife over 4 hours. We were not in a rush though, and again appreciated Angie's patience and diligence in the process. I'd rather take thorough time than rush and possible mistakes or things missed. Overall still a good process though and would still recommend CarMax. More
