The buying process was super simple and straight forward. Overall a great experience. I would take off a half star because they had time to schedule an ozone service to get the smoke smell out before I test Overall a great experience. Why wouldn't they just do that to start since there is no way of knowing if a car you are interested in and having to ship from another car max has smoke smell. Smoke smell or clean should be added to the used car listings IMO. However, the dealership did have the ozone service done and a clean cabin air filter put in for me after I purchased and I was surprised it worked to get rid of 99% of the smoke smell. I just had to wait 3 extra days to pick up the car after buying. I was not impressed with the service department. Everyone was friendly, but they did not put caps on the tire air valves that were missing on the tires. I had to go back another day to get those put on and seems like a super basic thing, they should have done. More

Well, I was very impressed with the buying process, but it ended there. Getting service after the fact has proven somewhat less than satisfactory and I somewhat regret my purchase. Great experience. No hassle. Had three trucks picked out and looked at all three and once we got a great offer from them on my trade in, decided on the truck we wanted No hassle.
