Overall, I am very happy with the experience. Carmax gave me a really good deal on my trade-in, they also had a really good price on the car I got. The only reason I left out one star is because Carmax gave me a really good deal on my trade-in, they also had a really good price on the car I got. The only reason I left out one star is because of the hours long process it takes at the store to actually get through all the paperwork and leave with your car. I was there for many more hours than I thought I would be. I uploaded documents and have everything ready to go just the process took too long. Other than that, it was a great car buying experience. I really liked the people there everyone was nice all my questions were answered and they took care of everything the only issue I have is I ask them to please check the tires as they were purty worn your m questions were answered and they took care of everything the only issue I have is I ask them to please check the tires as they were purty worn your min. depth standard is 4/32 and that is what all 4 of my tires are I will have to replace them in a few months I looked at other vehicles there and all the tires looked good I don't think anyone even checked them More
